Melodi Erikin is the founder and managing partner of Erikin Legal & Solutions, where she leads the firm with a strategic, client-focused, and innovation-driven approach to legal advisory. Known for her ability to bridge legal rigor with commercial insight, Melodi delivers bespoke legal solutions across a wide range of sectors including corporate law, fintech, compliance, and emerging technologies.

Before founding Erikin Legal & Solutions, Melodi worked at KPMG Turkey, where she advised multinational corporations, private equity firms, and regulated institutions on corporate structuring, due diligence, data protection, regulatory compliance, and M&A transactions. Her experience at KPMG honed her ability to manage cross-border mandates and align legal advice with commercial strategy—skills she continues to apply in her current practice.

She is a licensed attorney at the Istanbul Bar Association, with a multidisciplinary academic foundation that complements her legal expertise. Melodi has advised multinational corporations, startups, and financial institutions, with a focus on regulatory alignment, data protection, and digital transformation.

A strong advocate for legal innovation, Melodi is actively involved in thought leadership initiatives and professional networks shaping the future of law and technology. She regularly contributes to industry publications and is frequently invited to share her insights on legal developments in fintech, Web3, and blockchain governance.
